How the Guarantee Works

To initiate a refund or return, contact our support team by email within 60 days of your delivery date. We ask that you reach out to us first, before sending any product back, so we can confirm eligibility, provide a return authorization, and give you the correct return address.

Returning product without prior authorization may delay or void your refund.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request must be submitted within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • You must contact our support team before returning any product
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Both opened and unopened product may be returned. You are not required to return a full or unused supply to be eligible.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the product purchase price is refunded.

Return Process

Once your refund request is approved, our team will provide you with:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or missing item).

Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your return authorization. Requests that fall outside this window may not be honored.

  • Customs processing or import holds
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order

Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving every concern quickly and fairly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we ask that you contact our support team directly.

By completing a purchase, customers agree to contact Herpafend support prior to filing a dispute. This does not waive any of your legal rights as a consumer — it simply gives us the opportunity to resolve the issue faster than a formal dispute process typically allows.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the denial of future purchase requests.

Policy Limitations

  • This refund policy applies only to purchases made through the official Herpafend website or authorized order pages
  • Refunds are limited to one per customer household for the same product
